We recommend purchasing closest to your child’s age. All items run on the bigger side (besides the ballerina one piece) to provide more wear. Please keep in mind your child’s body type when purchasing swimwear as this will impact how it fits. Eg. If your 3-year-old is petite, narrow, and still wearing size 2 clothes, then purchase a size 2. Please note when children are trying items on, once tags are removed, they cannot be returned under any circumstance.
Our size range currently runs from 3 months to 6 years. The range will be expanding soon!
All ballerina and snap suit swimwear has snap closures at the bottom up to a size 4. Size 5s have a range that offer snap closures, and others without, so please choose wisely when selecting.
We hate waiting for a parcel, so we make sure items are dispatched from the warehouse same business day. You will receive a notification when your item has been posted.
Via Aus post with tracking. Items are sent with authority to leave, so if you do not want your item left at your door then please use a work or alternate address for shipping. We use 100% compostable protective sleeves and mail bags.

We want you to love us! So if you don't, you have 14 days to return the items back to us. Please refer to our policy for the full t&c’s. Items worn, washed, or that have tags removed cannot be accepted back due to hygiene reasons. Headwear cannot be returned AT ALL so please choose carefully when purchasing any of these.
Your item may not be accepted by the returns team if it comes back too late, is soiled, or has the tags removed. In the case of any of these circumstances, the item will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Each item is thoroughly checked before being sent out by the team, but should this rare occurrence ever happen, please email info@lenwswim.com.au as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue for you in a timely manner.
Cold hand wash, or gentle cycle on its own to preserve the color and fabric. Please flat dry in the shade to ensure longevity of the item.
